Where this work is focused
The day-to-day practice is Omaha commercial real estate and Lincoln commercial real estate. Between and around those metros, commercial property shows up in Ashland, Gretna, Greenwood, and Waverly; north and west toward Valley and Wahoo; and south of Lincoln in Hickman, Eagle, Bennett, and Palmyra. Farther out, Syracuse, Nebraska City, Valparaiso, Raymond, and Malcolm come up when a user or an investor is tied to the corridor.

That coverage stays connected to Omaha and Lincoln. Western Nebraska and distant cities come up only when a specific property or client already belongs with those markets.
Buy, sell, lease, and list
The services are the same as in the two metros. Buy commercial property for investors and owner-users. Sell commercial property for owners. Lease commercial space for tenants. List property for lease for landlords. Industrial, office, retail, land, investment, and owner-user buildings are the usual property types. Start with the property type that matches the use.
Why the town matters
A building in Hickman, Gretna, or Wahoo is not a smaller version of a downtown Omaha tower or a Haymarket suite. Access, utilities, zoning, parking, and who will actually use the property change by town. Bryan's own work building a fiber network in Hickman is one reason infrastructure and long-term capital decisions are part of how he looks at property, alongside construction and investment ownership.
The calculators and the Learn Center explain cap rate, NOI, financing, and due diligence. Use them on the property in front of you.
Looking for the right property or space?
Let Bryan know what you need. He can create a focused search based on your requirements and continue watching the Omaha, Lincoln, and surrounding Eastern Nebraska markets for properties or lease opportunities that match. When something relevant comes up, you’ll hear about it.
A useful search names the location, property type, and whether you want to buy or lease, plus size, budget, layout, parking, access, and any operating needs such as loading, yard space, clear height, power, or zoning. Tell Bryan what you’re looking for.
Eastern Nebraska questions
Do you work outside Omaha and Lincoln?
Yes, in surrounding Eastern Nebraska communities when the property belongs with those markets. Ashland, Gretna, Greenwood, Waverly, Wahoo, Hickman, Nebraska City, and the smaller towns around the corridor are examples.
Is this statewide brokerage coverage?
The focus is Omaha, Lincoln, and nearby Eastern Nebraska. NHS Commercial is the brokerage. Bryan Robinson is a Professional Sales Agent licensed in Nebraska.
Can a corridor property be an investment or an owner-user building?
Both. Investors should start with investment property. A business that will occupy the building should start with owner-user property.
Have a property along the corridor?
Call or text Bryan at 402-521-3000. Name the town and the use, and he can tell you whether it belongs with an Omaha or Lincoln search.
